Painted plein -air from a little dock..it was the first time I had been to Canada and  I had that wondrous feeling of being somewhere new, the rush of travel; the colors unfamiliar, the lakes more mysterious,  and I was so enamored of the little red and white Canadian flag across the way...... Oh, Canada.
